Patrons of Enlightenment

It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce that this ethereal theatre currently remains open to patrons of enlightenment.  If you are not a patron of enlightenment, please leave immediately.

All audience members will be expected to display their tickets to the staff here over the next few minutes.

Patrons of enlightenment spend much time matching Mozart.  They mainly do so by seeking to understand minds other than their own.

Patrons of enlightenment are informed critics of The Social Media Show.  They have a clear understanding of the difference between the worthwhile and a waste of time.

Patrons of enlightenment are keen participants in The Mozarty Party World Peace and Global Prosperity Tour.  They are usually the first at the box office when any Mozarty Party activity is to occur in their material and/or digital vicinity.

Patrons of enlightenment obviously enjoy dialogues of enlightenment.  This is the case whether they are mere observers or active participants.

Patrons of enlightenment are most welcome to purchase A Twaklin Anthology from time to time.  As appreciators of the Twaklinesque, they know quality when they experience it.

Patrons of enlightenment often celebrate the second Age of Enlightenment through Twaklinian poetry, songs, variations and recitals.  They occasionally do so in this ethereal theatre.

Patrons of enlightenment deepen their awareness of the world and its history by attending a heritage performance whenever possible.  This is particularly the case when the heritage involves sprezzatura.

Patrons of enlightenment desire an evening of auditions to be reflective of artistic integrity.  Such integrity takes place on both sides of the stage door.

Patrons of enlightenment know that just a few dramas from the parlour are rarely likely to upset the management of this theatre.  The same does not necessarily apply to dramas presented in the mass media.

Patrons of enlightenment have long been preparing for the Digital Twaklinesque Festival of Peace.  That festival is currently taking place amongst the Adelaideans and all sorts of other people.

Patrons of enlightenment dedicate a day each year to saying Happy Birthday most arty Sir Mozarty Mozart.   They do so with great pleasure and enthusiasm, especially in this auditorium.

Patrons of enlightenment know that, all things being otherwise equal, they will be expected to pay for the pleasure of enjoying future performances here, with or without the ethereal presence of Mozart, his mother, wife, sister or cousin.

Patrons of enlightenment tend to want accurate reviews of special shows, especially those involving a Home Town Story.  They know that the special may involve inclusive access, though at a price.

Patrons of enlightenment prefer access to a city of dreams, preferably as a place to live.  The people who already live is such a place tend to prefer more exclusive access.

Patrons of enlightenment quite recently attended The Ethereal World Peace Award Ceremony.  They hope world peace will be one of the upcoming public occasions.

Patrons of enlightenment are certainly grateful for at least a peaceful day.  They are likely to spend a few hours of such a day in the green room.

Patrons of enlightenment are primarily supporters of non-popular culture.  They may even express that culture during auditions or undercover work.  They may have the privilege of experiencing that culture in Mozart's dressing room or Nannerl's suite.

Many patrons of enlightenment are currently leading the way towards the next World Enlightenment Forum.  They are creating world peace whilst doing so.

Are you a patron of enlightenment?  If so, where is your ticket to an enlightened future?

Local Effects

Today's monthly Adelaide briefing will again take place in the drawing room of Villa Twaklinilkawt at noon.  The occasion is likely to have many local effects.

Whether those effects will be detrimental or beneficial, or a mixture of the two, is yet to be known.  Whether the effects will have long-term consequences or be short-term inconveniences also remains open to speculation.

Are you familiar with any geological local effects?

Are you familiar with restorative local effects?

Do you know the difference between detrimental effects and beneficial ones?

There are detrimental effects whenever the public imagination is insufficiently enlightened, in any locality.  Seeking the easy resolution of local and global problems is usually preferred by most people.  It may be why they enjoy crime dramas and romantic comedies rather than the careful assessment of responsibilities.

In a crime drama, a problem is usually solved by the end of the narrative.  In romantic comedies, the main characters usually resolve their differences and embrace each other happily at the end of the story.  Sports usually have someone who wins, much like other forms of popular culture.

Winning is often mistaken for success.  There are usually negative local effects whenever there is a competitive situation.  Crimes are rarely solved easily except when criminals are stupid.  The real world contains many romantic tragedies.  And all winners in sport eventually lose, even if they become multimillionaires in the meantime.

Government policies have many local effects, too, as do business decisions and personal decisions.  How should the Adelaideans respond to those effects in the months ahead?

Do make your way to the dignified digital drawing room if you are seeking to attend the noon briefing.

The Canary of Democracy

This is a special announcement on behalf of the future of Australian democracy.

The Adelaide Adagia Ensemble will be meeting at noon today in the drawing room of Villa Twaklinilkawt and not it this ethereal theatre.  Many distinguished guests have already been invited to attend. They have also already been informed of the change of venue.

You are especially encouraged to be there yourself if you consider yourself to be a relatively well-informed Adelaidean.  A large, historically-relevant and democratically-relevant audience is anticipated.

Donald the canary is about to be locked in his egocentric cage, possible with the robotic cats from the dining room.  That will most likely make today's briefing far safer for everyone.

Of course, the enlightened ethereal proprietor of Villa Twaklinilkawt understands the true meaning of home security and homeland security, but do you?  Are you an enlightened leader yourself?

Home security and homeland security are essentially related to political reform, as all members of the Revolutionary Climatological Needlepoint Committee are well aware.  The ladies are constantly trying to put Donald back in his cage.  Unfortunately, he often manages to escape with the assistance of egocentric media moguls.

Political reform is a considerable topic of interest to all enlightened leaders, even though they may disagree on the likely consequences of its scheduling.  King William IV and Queen Adelaide continue to agree to disagree on the subject.

The ladies on the aforementioned committee are seeking to reform all sorts of unfortunate persons, preferably before the climate revolution heats up any further.  You may wish to assist them.  What has been your own experience on the world stage?

Yesterday, an important presentation took place here in relation to non-popular culture.  Thinking carefully about the future of democracy is not a particularly popular pursuit, unfortunately.  Has the canary of democracy died?

Non-Popular Culture

Knowing the difference between the popular, the unpopular and the non-popular is usually a sign of enlightenment.  How enlightened are you, dear audience member?  What are your reasons for being here?  What are your expectations within this digital auditorium?  Are you expecting to audition?

If you are an ordinary mortal, what are you doing here?  Ordinary mortals have a tendency to be uncritical of their own talents, tastes and expectations.

If you consider yourself to be a good critic, why is that?  Good critics are usually highly critical of themselves, in a highly enlightened way.

What is your usual approach to self-improvement?  Is it somewhat egocentric?  Is it eccentric?  Is it reasonably measurable?

Most people can be improved by acquainting themselves with non-popular culture.  Perhaps that is why you are here.  What is your usually understanding of enlightenment?

As any truly enlightened being is aware, enlightenment is non-popular and sometimes even unpopular.  Attempting to make enlightenment more popular through this ethereal theatre is an impossible task.  Is it possible anywhere else?

All truly enlightened beings have sprezzatura.  You have not yet provided evidence that you possess it.  Why is that?

Please contact the management if you wish to remain here for the remainder of this presentation.  Are you a paid-up member of the Mozarty Party?  Most party members are highly accomplished proponents of non-popular culture.  What are your accomplishments?

Perhaps you took a wrong turning at the stage door.  You may be expected upstairs instead.  Are you aware that world peace appears to be confined to non-popular culture?

The followers and practitioners of popular culture appear to mistake their pursuits with inclusive access to something worthwhile.  That is a great pity.  Popular culture includes many mistakes.

The practitioners of unpopular culture, most of whom have few if any followers, tend to be hostile towards both popular culture and non-popular culture.  They also tend to be hostile towards various expressions of unpopular culture not of their own making.

Are you unpopular at all?  Do you consider yourself to have artistic integrity?  Do you consider yourself to have moral integrity?

Popularity is often associated with the mass media.  It is the same with unpopularity.  What is popular with some people tends to be unpopular with others.

The non-popular, on the other hand, tends to involve both inclusive and exclusive experiences.  Do you consider this digital location to be quite exclusive or relatively inclusive?

What do you consider to be popular, unpopular and non-popular about the Twaklinesque?

The doors of this usually private* ethereal theatre opened for the first time to ordinary mortals (at least if those persons were philanthropically provided with free tickets) on Mr Mozart's birthday last year.  The celebrations are still continuing here in Villa Twaklinilkawt*.

*Links marked with an asterisk are for patrons only.

You may have had the chance to attend a post-performance party in the music room here.  You may even have been invited to enjoy a tour of Villa Twaklinilkawt*.

If you have ever participated in non-popular culture elsewhere, how have you been matching Mozart?

What have been your non-popular contributions to The Social Media Show?

Who and what do you follow, and why?

Who and what is popular with you at present?

Who and what was popular with you in the past but not in the present?

What have been your recent contributions to the Mozarty Party World Peace and Global Prosperity Tour?

What have been your recent contributions to various dialogues of enlightenment?

What is your acquaintance with the most enlightened Adelaideans?

Have you ever participated in an enlightened dialogue in South Australia?

The highly enlightened, Twaklinesque Adelaideans, and their Nilkawtian counterparts, are devotees of the highest forms of non-popular culture.  You may have already met a few of those persons around Villa Twaklinilkawt.  In between assisting visitors, they are usually to be found quietly reading a Twaklin anthology.

What do you usually read when not providing assistance directly to other people?  Do you tend to read works of popular culture, unpopular culture or non-popular culture?  If you are unenlightened, you are unlikely to read much at all.

Do you believe yourself to be sufficiently familiar with Twaklinian poetry, songs, variations and recitals?  If not, you may wish to contact the box office for information on future Twaklinian performances here.

Please note that there are no upcoming public occasions, at least not officially.  Public occasions are frequently overly popular with uncritical audiences, especially when promoted heavily through the mass media.

Upcoming private occasions here never require advertising.  In fact, public occasions in this theatre have never been advertised either.

If you have ever had the privilege of visiting the green room associated with this ethereal theatre, you may be aware of the benefits of that location to non-popular performers.  Do you know how to overcome stage fright on the world stage?

An expressions of non-popular culture is often regarded as a heritage performance.  That is probably why that culture it is open to so many different interpretations.

Popular expressions of heritage are rarely accurate.  Unpopular expressions of heritage tend to be dangerous.  The main intention and attraction of non-popular expressions of cultural heritage relate to their ongoing relevance.

What is your ongoing relevance?  Are you ever involved in undercover work?  Have you ever participated in a non-popular evening of auditions?

Non-popular culture may occasionally include a few dramas from the parlour, or from another equally enlightening location.  Attempts at being popular with all age groups and demographics may occasionally be successful at a non-popular special Christmas matinée for all the family, regardless of the religious views of those in attendance.  The non-popular often has an ability to transcend cultural and psychological differences.

Enlightened persons always respect the heritage aspects of non-popular presentations as well as the universal aspects involved.  This particularly applies when preparing for the Digital Twaklinesque Festival of Peace.  In fact, preparations are currently underway for the next such festival, particularly in Mozart's dressing room and Nannerl's suite, and upstairs, of course, in the salon for world peace.

Preparations are already underway, too, for Mr Mozart's next birthday celebrations.  What were you doing the last time anyone said "Happy Birthday most arty Sir Mozarty Mozart"?

Mozart transcends both popular culture and non-popular culture.  He has never been part of unpopular culture, except in the minds of arrogant archbishops and jealous musicians.  In three days from now, everyone in the Mozarty Party will be celebrating Nannerl's birthday.  They will then begin preparing for the next World Enlightenment Forum.

How do you compare popular, unpopular and non-popular careers, all things being otherwise equal?

How do you compare popular, unpopular and non-popular comedy, especially whilst attending the Planet Earth Comedy Show or a similar sort of Adelaidean show?

Do you consider Adelaide to be a city of dreams or nightmares or popular culture or unpopular culture or as a world centre of non-popular culture?

There are obviously many questions for you to answer if you are to gain exclusive access to any part of Villa Twaklinilkawt in the future.  Were you one of the winning attendees at the most recent Ethereal World Peace Award ceremony?

When was the last time you had a peaceful day?

Do you believe peaceful days are part of non-popular culture?

How do you intend to prepare yourself for the next World Enlightenment Forum?

Directors of Enlightenment - Part Two

This morning, during the overture, you will have witnessed something remarkable.  If you were aware of that remarkableness, that is a sign of your enlightenment.

An overture is both an introduction and an invitation.  It invites you to listen further, and to respond at the appropriate time.  A director of enlightenment will do the same.

At the end of this morning's session of this two-part seminar, you were invited to take a digital tour of this ethereal theatre.  Was there anything remarkable about that?

You probably also had time for something to eat.  No-one here is expected to rush around, or to dawdle.  This is a location one of moderation.

Directors of Enlightenment - Part One

What does it mean to direct successfully?  Does it depend on the ease of reaching the desired destination?

If you, dear audience member, have never considered yourself to be a director of any sort, why is that?  Have you never been free enough to choose a destination for yourself?

A Peaceful Day

Unless you have a ticket for tonight's exclusive performance here in relation to the Mozarty Party World Peace and Global Prosperity Tour, it is unlikely you will experience a particularly peaceful day today, even if you are a regular attendee at the ethereal proprietor's serene salon for world peace.

The Ethereal World Peace Award Ceremony

Enlightened ladies, enlightened gentlemen and other enlightened persons,

Please leave now if you do not wish to participate.  That is especially likely to be the case if you are not an enlightened person and you have no intention of becoming one.

Planet Earth Comedy Show

As you may know, success in life, particularly financial success, has much to do with how you look and how you sound and how you smell.  Your competence, or lack of it, has very little to do with financial success, or your lack of it.

If you wish to appear on the Planet Earth Comedy Show over the coming months, how will you know how to look, sound and smell the part?

Do you think you look, sound, smell and think suitably for the part of a successful performer of comedy?

Adele Adelaide Adagia Review - Part Two

Hello again everyone.  It's me.  Nannerl.  I've just returned to Villa Twaklinilkawt from Adelaide Oval.

Adele Adelaide Adagia Review - Part One

Many members of the Adelaide Adagia Ensemble have gathered here to examine the first part of the curated critiquing assignment conducted by Nannerl Mozart.

Special Show: Home Town Story

This evening, here in Adelaide, many people are either likely to be listening to one or more open-air music concerts or trying to escape from the noise of one or more open-air music concerts, possibly in search of quieter interludes.

All Things Being Otherwise Equal

Everyone deserves a career on equal terms.  Apart from talent and effort, what else should distinguish one person from another, excluding the marketing?

Why is abuse so common? Why are so many careers ruined as a consequence of it?

An Evening of Auditions

Welcome, dear member of the global public, to this evening's public presentation of auditions.

You may be prepared to perform before this capacity audience yourself at an unexpected moment in tonight's proceedings.  Alternatively, you may be terrified of the prospect.

Are you prepared to be invited or commanded onto the stage at a moment's notice?

Heritage Performance

The problem with heritage is that it has many different meanings.  At any particular moment, mutually agreed meaningfulness is only shared by a few people.  Indeed, the lack of mutually agreed meaningfulness is the cause of many highly dangerous problems in the world, as well as many trivial ones.

How to Overcome Stage Fright on the World Stage

Whenever there is a public performance in this ethereal theatre, the main stage is transformed into the world stage.

The minor stages are then used as additional places upon which audience members may sit, stand, or curl up in a foetal position.

Twaklinian Poetry, Songs, Variations and Recitals

Once a month, a free, public, digital presentation is usually held here in the ethereal little private theatre in Villa Twaklinilkawt.  This evening's performances will follow on from the presentation last month.

Tonight, you are invited to perform.  How familiar are you with Twaklinian poetry, songs, variations and recitals?

Dear ordinary audience member,

Dialogues of Enlightenment

Through Villa Twaklinilkawt, the dialogues of Enlightenment provide a lovely introduction to future possibilities, with the assistance of history and the digital world.  Whenever people are provided with the opportunity to develop their potential, for the good of humanity, nothing should be permitted to prevent that process.

Even when an opportunity to achieve enlightened success is freely provided, there should, in addition, be nothing to stop anyone from declining to accept.  Free will is paramount.

The Mozarty Party World Peace and Global Prosperity Tour

Welcome to this ethereal little theatre for a brief introduction to the forthcoming Mozarty Party World Peace and Global Prosperity Tour.

Regardless of your beliefs about life in the universe, if you love peace, virtue, knowledge and wisdom, how do you usually display the art of sprezzatura in the context of the 21st century Enlightenment?

The Social Media Show

Ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome to the only public performance of the latest, new show within this extraordinary little, ethereal theatre.

Matching Mozart

Today is Mr Mozart's 260th birthday.  Please take your seat now and prepare yourself for the performance ahead.
